What Would It Feel Like to Finally Choose Yourself?
Therapy for women who have given everything to feel loved, but ended up feeling depleted, anxious, and second-guessing their worth.
If your mood and peace of mind depend on someone else's treatment of you, it's time to break the cycle. Together, we'll step out of reliance and into self-confidence.

You don't have to be falling apart to deserve support
Many of the women I work with show up, they deliver to everyone else around them, but privately, they’re carrying something that doesn't fit the life they've built.
You notice distressing relationship patterns that keep repeating.
You feel like you have never had the opportunity to find your true self.
You can't help thinking "what is wrong with me".
You keep trying, adapting, checking and changing.
You're exhausted from chasing the version of you everybody else needs.
At the heart of my practice is a simple belief: your quality of life genuinely matters. Trauma erodes that quality but it doesn't have to stay that way. Together, we can work through it.
Why I developed INTAMiND
I developed INTAMiND because I know how it feels to be trapped in a world where proving your worth is framed as your only survival option. I know how exhausting it feels, how much it can impact your physical and mental health, and how much it can influence the types of relationships you choose to invest in.
I understand how important it is to feel safe in your own skin without relying on the reassurance of others to feel okay.
I used the Regulate, Restore, Rebuild method myself and developed it from an internal perspective using accurate, evidence-based tools and approaches to help you live the quality of life that you deserve.
I help women recover from relationship trauma and build lives shaped by purpose rather than pain
